Our contact centre in Taunton is accredited by the National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC).  It has been assessed as a safe space for children and parents to meet.

 

The centre is open Monday to Sunday including bank holidays 8am to 8pm. It is full of toys and activities designed to encourage an enjoyable time together. We have facilities such as baby baths, highchairs, cooking facilities, televisions and computer consoles to ensure that children’s needs of all ages are met in a comfortable environment whether the contact is for 2 hours or 8 hours.

Our specialist and experienced team also provides safe family time in the community throughout the South West of England.

Whether the contact takes place in the community, in a family member's home or in our centre we can assist parents to build and sustain positive relationships with their children. We also support contact with significant others such as siblings and grandparents.

 

Referrals can be made by the local authority, courts, CAFCASS officers or by self-referral.
